Shipping Information

We ship to anywhere in Australia via Australia Post. Delivery charges are in accordance with the current Australia Post fees. All packages are tracked and delivery is ensured. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Returns & refunds

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the Goods you have received from Nicholson River Winery, contact us at our cellar door on 0409568241 or email nrw@nicholsonriverwinery.com.au within two weeks of receipt of goods.

Returns: Where wine is to be returned Nicholson River Winery will arrange to collect the wine from the buyer at a mutually convenient time. The buyer must keep the wine in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it, wine should be returned in its original packaging or packed to avoid breakage during transport back to Nicholson River Winery.

Refunds: If a refund of product is deemed appropriate, Nicholson River Winery will affect the refund within 30 days of return of product to the winery.

Delivery information

We are happy to accept phone and email orders by credit card or cheque payments and will not deduct any amount until your order is ready to dispatch.

Delivery of your wine is guaranteed. All wine is packed in boxes and orders are preferred in multiples of 12 bottles.

DELIVERY AREA

Nicholson River Winery provides delivery of goods across Australia. Nicholson River Winery does not currently ship to international markets.

Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed by Nicholson River Winery to be authorised to receive the Goods on your behalf.

Under law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age. If buying wine as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 18 years of age.

RISK AND TITLE

Upon delivery of the goods to the customers chosen address, the risk and title of the goods passes to the customer.

PRICE OF GOODS & PAYMENT

Price of Goods

The price the customer will pay for goods ordered will be the price specified on the product list plus delivery fees to ship the goods to the specified destination. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Price variations do occur, the price paid will be the price quoted on the date of order.

Method of Payment

Nicholson River Winery accepts payment by Direct Debit, Cheque, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners card. Payment must be received in full prior to goods being dispatched.
