A blend 3% viognier and the rest shiraz. Medium bodied with lingering raspberry, spice and a soft dry finish. A good example of Shiraz grown in a cool, maritime climate. At cellar door this wine is frequently a surprise to first time tasters. Best enjoyed with red meats.
