Our flagship wine continues to evolve as our understanding of flavour and quality develops. Barrel-fermented with a wild yeast in the traditional French manner.
Delicate gooseberry and nutty flavours with a softly textured finish. The most textured one yet! One to savour.
- Excellent with seafoods, chicken, duck, pork or turkey.
- Avoid refrigeration for long periods.
- Serve at about 10 degrees (important!).
